First Love

When Jenn started babysitting Mary, Ben wasn't even a year old.  He wasn't old enough for them to play together.  However, on Friday Mary and Ben played ALL MORNING!  She read books to him for hours while he sat on her lap in the chair.

When Mary left for school, Jenn went up to Ben's room to read before nap, as usual.  Ben broke into tears, crying, "Mary!  Mary!"  He wanted Mary to read to him, not Mom.  That night, when we went to read books before bed, Ben once again cried out "Mary!  Mary!" with tears streaking down his face.  We eventually talked a sullen Ben into allowing us to read.

Unfortunately, while Ben was experiencing the first trauma of love lost (or at least across the street and out of reach), Jenn and I were fighting to keep from laughing.  With minimal success.

Camping!

Why is there a picture of a ladder? I climbed this all by myself!

New Neice: Ella Drew Karlgut- 9lbs 10 oz

Playing with Auden

I went to Apalachin to spend time with my cousin while we waited for his baby sister to be born! Daddy and Mommy found us under the covers like this playing for over 30 minutes. We were giggling away.

Sauce

Did I mention how much I LOVE mommy's homemade sauce and raviolis?

Swinging and Playing

I am such a big boy! Look at me swinging on the big boy swing. (I'm covered in paint because we had a big painting party).

Patrick and I are playing with Daddy in the top picture.

MILK!

This picture is proof for all...ice cream, cheese nachos, whipped cream, chocolate covered raisins and more....things mommy hasn't eaten in 19 months

What does this mean?

I'm done nursing!

P.S. Don't mind the chaos, it was craft night.

Swimming

Maybe there is finally some mommy resemblance as long as you see our profiles!

Our New House--slowly but surely

As many of you know, we've been getting new siding and windows on our house....for 3 WEEKS! We are still waiting for it to be done, but here are some pictures of our old cedar siding coming off, plus some of a new window! Everyday the workers showed up, Benji would run and get his drill. As they worked on the outside, he worked on the inside. Too cute!
