It's official!

I guess you could say I'm officially crawling. I chased mommy into the bathroom today and crawled after Daddy as he left for work. I love to pull myself up on things, but sometimes those things aren't as stable as I think---so I'm often times pulling myself out from underneath stools, chairs, toys, etc.

I'm learning and growing!

I've learned a lot in 2 weeks. I now know how to sit up from my tummy. I scoot backwards and often look like a monkey up on my toes and hands trying to move forward. It may take me awhile, but I can cross the room. I love to hold mommy and daddy's hands walking across the floor too! I'm getting pretty fast. My sounds are changing too. I now have the "b", "d", and "g" sounds and enjoy babbling to myself nonstop.

Family Vacation--Logans, Piersons, and Karlguts go camping!

We went camping at Keuka Lake with Daddy's family. It was lots of fun. We went to wineries, a craft market, dipped into the lake, and roasted in the super hot weather! Here's a snapshot of our adventures!

The Logans arrive from CA!

Visiting NY and Uncle Matt's Wedding

Auntie Erin did a great job being my nanny! Mommy and Daddy got to enjoy the reception all by themselves.

My first view of the Statue of Liberty.

I was fascinated by all the cars and buildings. All I wanted to do was look out the window.

Planting a Garden

Memorial Day weekend we planted a garden. 2 plots of 24 feet by 4 feet. We have everything in it---cucumbers, chard, lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, carrots, beets, onions, herbs, watermellon, pumpkins, etc! We keep hoping things will sprout. I helped Mommy and Daddy by eating the grass!
